Les Road Warriors aussi connus sous le nom de Legion of Doom (ou L.O.D) est une équipe de catch composée de Road Warrior Hawk et Road Warrior Animal et d'autres catcheurs s'y ajoutant plus tard.
Ils commencent à faire équipe en 1983 à la Georgia Championship Wrestling, un territoire de la National Wrestling Alliance (NWA) avec Paul Ellering comme manager. Leur gimmick s'inspirant de la saga Mad Max plait au public. L'année suivante, ils partent tous les trois à l'American Wrestling Association et remportent une fois le championnat du monde par équipes de l'AWA. Ils partent chez Jim Crockett Promotions (en) en 1986 et y deviennent une des principales équipes de cette fédération de Caroline du Nord.
